Recent GST Circulars

The GST is going to be rolled out w.e.f. 1st July, 2017 and to avoid late fees , fines , interest and penalties, you all are advised to have all your systems and procedures in order to ensure that you are GST compliant.

Now it is a good time to start thinking about your tax affairs. Some things you could look at are:

Make sure you gather all your Tax Invoices and / or receipts to claim ITC;

Consider whether any ITC offsets are available to you and do you have large expenses, on which you could claim an ITC offset for intended business use or for furtherence of business.

Are you affected by the recent notifications and compliance procedures?

Are there any other ITC offsets you might be entitled to?
