Purpose and Contents of the Deed: The deed is an agreement between the parties on the course of action that is to be followed. This could include: a slower rate of debt repayment, a swap of debt for equity, an acceptance of a lesser amount in full payment; and Appointment of creditors to the board of directors of the company, etc.
